A very scarce title in any condition, this copy is in Fine condition.  The front and back covers are both in terrific condition and the gilded page edges show only faint wear (see pictures).  There is minor residue inside the second page. This book is personally signed by the Author.  It comes complete with Collector's Notes and a Certificate of Authenticity and would be a beautiful addition to your Easton Press collection. 

Overall, this copy is a grade collector's book.  This book is very elusive in this superior condition, as only a limited number of them were ever published, so now is the time to act.  Hopefully you can add this book to your collection and enjoy it in the years to come...
