Warranty and Returns

We are committed to selling quality merchandise, and committed to your success as a buyer. Most/all of our items are tested before shipping, and are warrantied to be in working condition unless noted otherwise. If specific tests, calibrations, additional pictures, or information are required, you must notify us before the auction finalizes. 

For items noted as returns accepted, the buyer has 14 days to check for shipping damage and check the functionality of the unit.  Please contact us immediately and directly if there is an issue and we’ll work as quickly as possible to support you and your needs. 

There are no returns for AS-IS items.  

Shipping:

We realize that time is of the essence for many of our buyers. Most of our listings are shipped through USPS as Priority Mail packages and typically arrive in 2 days within the continental United States.  If same day shipping is required, please contact us quickly and make that explicitly clear and we will strive to accommodate. Depending on size and packaging requirements, most items are packaged and shipped 1 or 2 days after payment.

Payment:

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE PROCESSING FOR SHIPMENT. 

Payment is expected within 24 -48 hours, but is required within 4 days of auction closing.  After 4 days action will be taken through eBay to resolve unpaid items.
