Fully Reconditioned Turbo Chargers  

You are purchasing a fully reconditioned Turbocharger tested with G3 flow rig and set to OE specifications. 

Please check your turbo part number and OEM number, these are located on your turbocharger aluminum housing. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us on 01952 585454. Please have your vehicle registration handy.

This Turbo is sold on an exchange basis

A refundable deposit of £150, (There is an eBay listing to pay the deposit Item ID: (195704638452) not included in the sale price, this needs to be paid along with the price of the turbo into our Paypal account. Or, if you are happy to wait, send us your unit first, we will send you one back without a surcharge required. 

This deposit will be refunded as soon as we get your Turbo delivered to our Shop.

You must send your old unit back to us within 14 DAYS otherwise the warranty of your turbocharger will be terminated and your surcharge will not be refunded.

We do not cover shipment costs of the old unit. You will have to cover your old unit shipment costs from your own expenses

TELFORD TURBO WARRANTY INFORMATION

Turbocharger warranty lasts for 24 months from date of invoice or 24,000 miles whichever falls first, Oil and filter changes need to be done every 5000 miles or 5 months whichever falls first

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

 Labour costs

 Additional charges such as removal and refitting / hire of vehicles etc.

 Any damage caused to engine or vehicle by failed turbocharger.

YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE INVALID

If you can not support warranty claim with a valid main dealer invoice for the required parts(oil filter, air filter, new oil, banjo bolts, oil feed pipe, drain pipe) - other parts may also need to be changed.

If your turbocharger has any visible impact damage, for example if your turbocharger cartridger compressor wheel has impact damage, or scorch marks on the shaft or blue colouring caused by oil starvation. Actuator housing, and turbo housing must all be undamaged.              

If turbocharger / cartridge returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting contamination from other parts of the vehicle are not covered under the warranty

If your vehicle ECU has been remapped.
