We send out all of our items via AusPost. You can select either "Parcel Post" or "Express Post" during checkout. Please ensure you select the appropriate method of shipping when considering timeframes. Upon completion of the order from our warehouse, we will update the tracking information in eBay so you can see it move through the AusPost network.
Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.
If something does go wrong, we are more than happy to assist by contacting AusPost on your behalf.
If AusPost confirms they delivered your package as addressed, unfortunately we won't be able to assist any further.

General Policy
We accept returns from all customers, but depending on the reason for the return, you may incur return shipping, and not receive your initial shipping amount back.
Change of Mind Return
If you change your mind, or purchase the incorrect item, you will be responsible for returning the item to us. You will also unfortunately not be refunded your initial shipping amount.
Incorrect Item Sent/Faulty Product
If we provide an item that is not as described, or significantly differs from the information we've provided, we will pay for return shipping and provide a full refund upon it's delivery back to us.
