These handpainted kiln fired glass tiles were originally in a huge orphanage in New York City.

I was told the orphanage was located in the Bronx, believed to have been:

Dates to around 1902

THE GLASS IS CRAZY WAVY AND BUBBLY

THIS PANEL HAS BEEN FULLY RESTORED.

-GLASS CLEANED AND WAXED.

-INTERIOR LEAD CLEANED /REFRESHED

-EXTERIOR: ZINC APPLIED TO TOP/BOTTOM

-SIDES OUTFITTED WITH NEW LEAD

Buyer may want to frame it in wood.

Measures approximately:

14 1/2" tall/ 14 1/4" wide/ 1/4" thick

There are no visible cracks.
