It is an additive commonly used by the food, supplement and pharmaceutical industries to prevent ingredients from sticking together. For example, manufacturers add Silicon Dioxide to salt and many spices to keep those dry substances from clumping.
Its main uses are in tablet-making, including as an anti-caking agent, adsorbent, disintegrant or glidant to allow powder to flow freely when tablets are processed. Small Quantities (10g to 2kg)
Small items are packed in branded stand up foil pouches which are made from three layers with a pharmaceutical grade internal foil liner, have increased UV protection, are double heat sealed, have higher level of air tightness, are more moisture resistant, less prone to crumpling and have less impact on the environment. These are then shipped in envelopes or cardboard boxes depending on size.
A free plastic scoop is provided for all orders up to 2kg.
Large Quantities (over 2kg)
Large items are packed in clear, polythene bags, which are sealed with cable ties and then shipped in cardboard boxes. Please note, some items will be packed into clear, polythene bags when weighing 2kg or under due to powder density.
Capsules (100 - 1000)
Capsules are packed in clear polythene re-sealable bags and shipped in envelopes/cardboard boxes.
How are products shipped?
UK
Items weighing 1kg-250kg will be sent via courier - DPD.
Items weighing over 250kg will be sent via road haulage - Fagan & Whalley/Redhead.
International
Items weighing over 2kg up to 250kg will be sent via courier - DHL, DPD (Europe only), UPS.
Items weighing over 250kg will be sent via freight.
How long does delivery take?
UK
DPD - 1 working day (next working day is available for orders placed before 10am).
Fagan & Whalley/ Redhead - 1/3 working days.
International
Courier - 2/8 working days depending on location and customs.
Freight - 5/14 working days depending on location and customs.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and undamaged in any way.
In the unlikely event that we have made an error or the item is damaged, we will refund your initial payment plus the cost of return postage. If you have changed your mind, the item must be unsealed and return postage will not be refunded.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. If the product is damaged by you in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund except at our discretion – please contact us.
