1997 RCCA Elite Diecast 1/24 scale Jeff Gordon Dupont 1 of 3500.

Condition is "Mint". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping is determined by Ebay (continental US only).  The car has been in storage for over 25 years and not removed from the box except for inspection or the picture.  Also, all of my sales come with a money backguarantee (less shipping).

1997 was the first year the Elites were produced and are now over 25 years old. The January flyer had 4 Elites (#3 Goodwrench, Waltrip Chrome, #24Dupont, and I think the #24 Chroma Premier). They have features not seen in NASCAR diecast before.  They are both Hood and Trunk open, had a wire antenna, spark plug wires, fabric window net, turning wheels, spring suspension, significantly increased weight of diecast – which only lasted that year, 1998 and beyond were lighter.  They also had Stainless steel window strips (front and rear), stainless ‘screens’ on the front facia, wire braid hoses, and more. Each car is individually numbered and has a brass number plate underneath.  The 1997’s also had a car stand, car cover, and driver card.  The first year Elites are one of a kind and are now 25 years old.

Thank you for viewing my ad.

This is  #0491 of 3500.  This is also one of the first four Elites ever offered by the RCCA club. The RCCA December '96 Flyer had this car.   It sold out very quickly.  Please see myother auctions for more great cars.
