In case some duty is due upon delivery, it is your responsibility to meet that expense and this may cause delays to delivery schedule and you may have to pickup goods at the customs office.

Shipping Time and Item location:

North America-(USA, MX and CA)- Shipping time would be 3-7 business days.

South East Asia Zone 1 (Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore) - Shipping time would be 7-10 days.

South East Asia Zone 2 (Indonesia, Laos, Philippines and Thailand)- Shipping time would be 2-4 weeks.

Australia and New Zealand- Shipping time would be 2-4 weeks

Europe: (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden Switzerland)- Shipping time would be 2-4 weeks.

Item location: All North America orders will be shipped from Texas USA warehouse and rest of the world would be shipped from our China warehouse.

HERBISHH provides a 30-DAY Return Policy provided that the procedures and requirements referred to below are followed:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
If an item has been opened and/or used, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange. All returns require an authorization from one of our representatives issued within 30 days after the date of purchase. The item needs to be shipped back with a valid tracking number within the 30 days time frame. Products that are returned to HERBISHH with missing damaged or Opened/ altered Box will be refused and shipped back to you.

All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards if any, or else it will not be accepted. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Defective Items
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt has to be returned within 4 Days of receipt and can be replaced with the same the item. You may also return a defective item for a refund. After returning the item, we will have our team inspect the item to verify if it has a defect as stated in the reason of return. We have the right to charge a 20% restocking fee in case the item returned has no defect and are in a 100% working condition.

Replacement
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

Returning Items
To Return an item you must contact us and take photos of your item to clearly show any damage or unusual aspects of it.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unopened boxes, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings etc). We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.

Restocking Fee:
Please note if the item you return is used there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your credit. You may receive a refund for the item less a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to ship the item back to us.
