ORIGINAL & VG+ Condition AAF "Personal Hygiene Apron" Used By Airmen in WWII

This is an ORIGINAL and neat looking "personal hygiene apron" which airmen of the AAF could purchase at the PX for holding items such as their shaving razor, tooth brush and paste, etc. . The apron is 10" high x 17.5" wide and is made of khaki twill material.  The apron has four separate pockets for holding the hygiene items and two cloth straps used to tie it around the waist while shaving in the "latrine".  When not in use, the apron can be folded in half and rolled up by using the two small tie cords at the left end.  Best of all, the apron has a an AAF "winged prop" insignia imprinted at the top of the apron (see close-up image). The bag is in unused MINT condition and is ready to use in a static "junk on the bunk" displays or in re-enacting applications.
