Seamless cold-drawn precision steel tubes are the classic precision tubes and are used when particularly tight tolerances are required as well as mechanical properties and delivery conditions that are not available when hot rolled.

 

 

 

  • Diameter tolerances according to DIN-EN 10305-1
  • Nominal dimension e.g. 52mm can be in the +/- range! (52mm +/- 0.25 = max 52.25 - min 51.75mm)
  • The pipe is seamless (drawn pipe)
  • Material: E235 (steel)
  • High dimensional accuracy for inside and outside diameters
  • Versatile uses e.g. automotive industry, mechanical engineering, etc.
  • Deburred inside and out!
  • Cutting tolerance in length +/- 5mm
  • The material may show signs of storage/scratches/markings!
  • Due to the wall thickness deviation, concentricity cannot be guaranteed.    
  • Color varies depending on diameter! (dark or light)

A notice:


The pipes are tolerated according to din EN 10305-1 and cannot necessarily be plugged into one another!
Pipe selection: e.g. a pipe with the designation 52x1.5 has an external dimension of 52mm +/- 0.25 mm and an internal diameter of 49mm +/- 0.25mm (wall thickness is always taken twice)
