This is a set of a vintage silk obiage scarf and obiime cord, originally intended for wearing with a kimono.

These items would be used with traditional Japanese costume to decorate the obi sash.

The obiage scarf is made from bright pink silk, with a delightful shibori hexagon and flowers design in white. 

The very ends are in the smooth pink silk. The rest of the length has the shibori (tie-dye) designs.

This is a slightly shorter scarf but the shibori length has some stretch. It would also suit a girl.

The silk obijime cord is in ivory and 3 shades of pink. It is a flat type of cord, ideal to use with an obidome. The tassels at the ends are small.

The cord is in very good vintage condition. The scarf is in excellent condition.
