In 1969, we started as an automotive salvage yard. We have since shifted gears into motorcycle parts. With over 50 years of experience, we will always do our best to describe items accurately and honestly.

SHIPPING

Most items ship within 24 hours after payment is received and cleared. We do not ship on weekends. The listed shipping price is a flat rate for the lower 48 states only. For shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii please contact us before purchasing as additional shipping charges may apply. We will only ship to a PayPal verified address. The buyer is responsible for changing any shipping information during PayPal checkout.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from the day of receipt. Simply return the item and we will refund your payment less shipping. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning an item. Returns must be received in the same condition in which they were shipped. Returns can take up to 48 hours to process. We cannot accept returns on engines, frames, fuel system parts or electrical parts.

By purchasing used parts from Greentown Cycle Parts, the buyer acknowledges the release of all liabilities from Greentown Cycle Parts. Greentown Cycle Parts does not sell used tires. Tires which are mounted on wheels are shipped this way strictly for the sake of protecting the wheel during shipping.

The buyer assumes all liability when purchasing, installing and using parts purchased from Greentown Cycle Parts. There is no warranty or guarantee expressed by Greentown Cycle Parts on any parts. It is the buyer's responsibility to replace any wear parts including gaskets, seals, pads, bushings, bearings, etc. prior to using or installing any parts.
