I offer for your consideration my listing for a 3D printed No 6 Dry cell adapter which houses 2 standard D-cell alkalines to output 1.5volts.  Dimensions are standard to a No 6 Dry Cells at 6" long x 2.5" diameter.  The output terminals are solid brass #8x32 screws with knurled nuts.  The internal cradle which houses the 2 D-cells has a large course thread which screws into the canister allowing easy access to batteries without breaking the connection to your device.  

This adapter is compatible with No.6, EBR40, R40, HR-40, & EN6 Batteries.

As these adapters are handmade, they can be configured to operate using (2) D-cells in parallel (1.5volts) or in series (3.0volts).  Please contact me in advance if you require 3.0v.

This adapter is NOT a display, but a fully functional battery once D-cells are added.  If you wish to dress your adapter to give it an nostalgic look, I recommend checking out some high quality scans of vintage labels offered by "Radiolaguy" (see last photo in listing for samples.

• If you are uncertain if the output voltage from this adapter will work with your device, please confirm by simply wiring from a naked D-cell.
