RARE McDonald's Japan Pencil Tin

I do not know the origin of this set, it was acquired at the estate sale of a well traveled individual.
It features a McDonalds tin 7" x 3", featuring images and Japanese/English language highlighting 'Hamburger' 'Big Mac' 'Mac Fry Potato' 'Mac Shake Vanilla' 'Mac Shake Strawberry' & 'Mac Shake Chocolate'
Inside the tin is a pencil stamped 'McDonalds Corporation Venice Japan' (there are white markings on the pen, appears to be paint?) There is a 4.5" ruler featuring a McDonald's Gift Card with a Y200 value (approx. $1.50 US), as well
as a miniature Big Mac container with Burger pencil eraser inside, a cardboard & rubber McDonalds french fry container and fries, and a rubber pink Strawberry milkshake & straw.
