This is a superb motorised vacuum cap by Jennings USA

6KV and 6 to 500 pF

The drive motor is 27 v dc driving the capacitor value with a rotary ledex switch which appears to act as the reversing operator for the two 24v relays to presumably stop or change direction

The wiring has been amended so would need checking and a rewire as necessary
