Very rare first UK printing from Rex Collings London. Overall, this book is in very good condition. The book does not appear to have been read, and if it was, it was done so very carefully. The spine and pages are very tight. The book does have some spotting along the top pages as seen in the photos, and there are some spots in the very back of the book, which also can be seen in the photo of the back flap. The map is in pristine, crisp condition.

My favorite part is perhaps the inscription. This book is from a local estate, and this book must have been given as a gift to the estate owner, whose name matches the inscription. It’s from several individuals but also “Guinea and the Rabbits.” The inscription is dated June 1, 1973.
