There are two here - I spray painted the front of one black with one coat to see what would happen but this can be brushed off with some sandpaper as superficial.

They are 75kg each and have a 2 inch diameter hole in the middle of each (an exact Olympic bar sized hole in the middle if you're into weightlifting).

These are wonderful things, but now pretty surplus to requirements.
