This was removed and stored away many years ago, so it is not baked by the sun and heat. However, it suffers from some improper storage conditions. The are a number of indentations in the wheel and a white mark. The mark will probably come out with some more harsh cleaner than I used (Simple Green and Armor All.) If your steering wheel is cracked from the sun, then this will be a nice improvement.
