Item Grade Criteria
Grade A: Item is in very good condition with little to no scratches.
Grade B: Item is in average condition medium to light scratches as well as possible dents/bends/scuffs located on the item.
Grade C: Item has had heavy use with heavy scratches as well as one or more dents/bends/scuffs located on the item.

Shipping Damages
In the event you receive an item that was not as described, we will be more than happy to work things out and find a suitable outcome. Such a return can only take place within the first 72 hours of the item being delivered to the buyers address. Once the first 72 hours have passed, a return for the full value cannot be facilitated.
