Featured is a 1930s original Mabel Rollins Harris Art Deco pin-up print.  Mabel Rollins Harris (early 20th century) was an American artist known for her pastel work in the calendar art business.  Her Art Deco pin-ups mirrored the romantic themes popular during that era.  Rolf Armstrong, considered "the father of the American pin-up" was an admirer of her work.

The image shows an ethereal nude sea nymph lit by moonlight and posed by the waters edge.  It measures 5" x 7.5" and is in excellent condition.

Chuck Olson Collection

Chuck Olson spent over 40 years collecting and traveling the United States in search of unique vintage prints.  He was especially interested in prints that were printed for use on calendars in the "Age of the Calendar" from 1900-1960. Chuck amassed a collection of well over 10,000 framed and unframed prints before his death.  All of Chuck's items are guaranteed to be vintage and as described and photographed.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions about the item.
