Please be advised that if you try to return any item from us, the item MUST be in the same original condition in which we originally sent it to you (new, unused and all seals intact) and the item MUST be able to be sold, again, by us as NEW. We can NOT offer 'buy and try' returns, also known as 'Buyer's Remorse.' Because this is a new and unused cosmetic item, for health and safety reasons, this cannot be returned once you open it and use it. Would you purchase a cosmetic knowing that someone else used it before you did? Absolutely not. Please keep in mind that cosmetic companies do occasionally change or improve the formula of a particular cosmetic. Therefore, that particular cosmetic may differ somewhat from the original formula you purchased years ago. But, we do take actual pictures of the same cosmetic you will receive. So if the cosmetic company unexpectedly changes the formula or packaging, you will receive exactly what it is pictured in my posting for that cosmetic. We are not the manufacturer of any of the cosmetics we sell on eBay. Nor, are we affiliated with the manufacturer. So if you don't like the color, scent, formulation, etc., do not blame us.
A large portion of our products are NOT sealed by the manufacturer. The absence of a seal is not a defect. If in doubt, please ask us.
Feedback is a very important aspect of each sale, for both the buyer as well as the seller. Due to repeatedly not receiving feedback after the buyer has received their item, we have been left with no choice but to only leave feedback AFTER it has been received. Per eBay, feedback should be based upon the performance of the seller and not whether you liked the color, size, etc. of the item.
