This is a large platform that can display a beautiful Christmas village , design is flexible in terms of depth as I do not glue the levels together, that allow for more flexibility when you set up your village (see last two picture for how I pushed the upper level back deeper to make more depth and to create a fun tunnel for HO scale train. Train tracks are Bachmann Ez-track system Ho scale ( power control not included but has track ready for easy connect . The platform come in sections cut to various sizes to minimize seems , base level is 8 equal sized 24x24 sections for ease of storage and shipping, then you but it together on your table like and easy puzzle. each section is clearly marked underneath , easy to follow
