This hat would be great for a lady to wear to a tea party or used for formal occasions such as church or weddings. It is a beautiful 100% wool hat made by a semi-vintage brand - Arlin. The color is a deep royal blue. It has an elegant off-white/ cream colored lace for the trim with bow and a pretty faux diamond broach for an ornament. It looks like an American girl Samantha Hat. It has a historical look to it, either Edwardian or Victorian Era. It has been refurbished - meaning I re-shaped the hat and added all the trim myself.
Measurements:
The Circumference of the inside is 21 1/2"
The brim is 2" wide.
It is either a child's XL size or Adult size 6 7/8 which is one of the small sizes
