Warranty and Return Policy

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice within 14 days from the day after you receive your order, by sending a message, provided that the plant has not been cut or repotted because in this case we are not able to accept returns.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.

All successfully returned items will be refunded

You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
