Beautiful tree calf (leather) covers have gilt lettering and decoration on the spine. Corners, edges and spine edges and ends have light rubs, and covers have mild scuffs and scratches. Hinges are intact and binding is tight. Ffep has an owner name. Pages are bright, but with light foxing throughout, and heavier foxing adjacent to the portrait plates. These have small tissue guards. The book is divided by each of the thirteen state delegations, with a bio of each delegate.
