It will be over the top materials and will be secured in a Clean PVC PIPE.

 Pipes run me about $10 per section.

I use usps priority mail and I normally ship the next day.

Thick tube, thick craft paper, and it will fit snug in the tube so it won't bounce against the end caps.

AND TWO THICK PIECES OF CRAFT PAPER.
