The pennant features the Port Isabel lighthouse, the state of Texas with a red arrow pointing to the area, and either a kingfish or a speckled trout.

This banner will be shipped rolled in a triangle/tube for extra protection.
Condition: as seen in photos - this banner has a couple of age issues: holes, thin spot, etc - see photos
