Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!
We offer FREE shipping on 99% of orders!
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 2nd Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.To cut the shipping cost down original Packaging may be discarded
Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. If this is not possible please advise and we will endeavour to provide a solution. If payment has not been received within 7 days of purchase, then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and on the 8th day a final fee credit logged. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has been despatched. Once you have received your goods please inspect them for any damages etc. Should there be any problems please notify us within 24 hours via e-mail. ***Opportunity for solution to any problems is required before feedback is left by yourselves***. Please ensure any mails are sent through e-bay and not through personal mail. Any e-mail which has not been sent through e-bay will not receive a response. If you are happy with your item, please leave feedback so we are aware that you are happy. We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or any other courier we use. Should an item fail to arrive, we do not class an item as missing until 15 working days have passed after date of despatch. Goods will be despatched within 48 hours of cleared payment. Feedback is only left by us once positive feedback has been received
Refund Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your products or you want to exchange them, you can return them within 14 days to us unused, in the original packaging, including any tags and labels and in a perfect and saleable condition at your expense (unless otherwise agreed). Stockings and tights will not be refunded if you have tried them on sorry this is a hygienic issue for resale. so please if you are unsure please do not try them on please just return for full refund You will then receive a full refund less the original cost of postage (i.e. full refund for the cost of the item) or an exchange to the same value as the item originally purchased. Items will be dispatched 24 / 48 hours from receipt of payment. If you would like your item shipped to another address other than your eBay address, recorded delivery must be paid for as this will cover you and me if item is lost. Please let me know if this is what you would like to do before buying the item.
