About the Movie:

In far North Queensland 17 year old boys do not dress up in women's clothes unless they have a very good reason.

The Total Fire all-girl band has just arrived in town for the local Sugar Festival concert and there's already trouble.

Angela, the lead singer, has just found out that her current boyfriend, the band's roadie Rick is sleeping with Jo, the lead guitarist. Rick is kicked out, and Jo follows. Now the band is short one guitarist and they begin a frantic search to find a female lead fill in guitarist, before the concert.

Enter Michelle. Or rather Mick. He needs to earn some quick cash, and as there doesn't seem to be any other way, he dresses up like a girl, auditions and gets the job. Mick falls in love with Angela, but the gender-bending circumstances don't exactly allow a declaration of love.

Angela, having decide to give up on the lying creature known as man, finds herself attracted to Mick. After all Mick is a woman, and at least women are honest!

About Video CD (VCD):

Video CD (abbreviated as VCD, and also known as Compact Disc Digital Video) is a home video format and the first format for distributing films on standard 120 mm (4.7 in) optical discs. The format was widely adopted in Southeast Asia superseding the VHS and Betamax systems until DVD-Video became affordable in the first decade of the 21st century.

The format is a standard digital data format for storing video on a compact disc. VCDs are playable in dedicated VCD players and widely playable in most DVD players, personal computers and some video game consoles. However, they are less playable in most Blu-ray Disc players.
