The unit powers on and appears to function fine, but the battery starts to charge and then stops. It is likely a bad battery, but that is all the testing that has been done.

It comes with a windows XP install CD that came with the unit, but it does not come with the operating system loaded. The hard drive is wiped clean and ready for install. Buyer will have to install the OS.

It will come with a genuine dell charger

It does show wear to include a crack in the plastic by the hinge. Please review all photos for condition.
