1967 Ford Mustang GT500 in Light Green made using the RC2/Ertl mold. This is made by AutoWorld, and is in their "Road & Track" Magazine Series as a replica of a "real car" on the magazine cover back in 1967. This has an opening hood, opening doors, carpeted interior, and the chassis is red oxide primer with some factory overspray, black 9" read end & leaf springs, and the 3 colored stripes on the driveshaft (only 2nd time for this detail ever done on a 1:18). Photo's are from AutoWorld, and they almost look like it's a real car! Most of these (real cars) were originally produced without the stripes, so it is correct this way, and just a very few had stripes actually put on by Shelby. Many dealers did install them on several of the cars, but not on all cars, like this one that was on the magazine cover.
