Haunting ground is brand new. Original owner since release (pre order- Frys Electronics). I kept it in wonderful shape. It was graded 9.6 with an A+ seal and deep badge (gold) from Wata within the last few years. I don't see many with the rating this high for the grade, seal, and including the deep badge.
The process took nearly 2 years from shipping to receiving. Please refer to the photos- the wata case has been in a plastic bag inside a packing peanut box. Non smoking home.
Included is a strategy guide. I am also the original owner but I bought it from the store where it was on a shelf. As such, it has been handled and has a little bit of shelf wear/scuffs- but it hasn't been used/abused. Please refer to the photos.
I combine shipping where possible. I have a ton of other horror/mature/Playstation 1/2 games, wata, etc.
