No refunds will be issued for claims on damaged, unusable, or nonfunctioning on parts without the item returned to us with our sticker/markings untouched. We make every attempt to ensure we are testing and accurately describing each item to note any imperfections. If you have a problem with your order please send us a message prior to opening up a return claim. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
