Charlie Chaplin vintage 8"x10" photo taken by William Wallace in 1940 from the film "The Great Dictator".

The photo is single weight with a glossy finish with borders.  There is a studio snipe, newspaper clipping and photographer's stamp on the back.  There is newspaper paint on the image outlining Chaplin.  Overall, I rate this photo in fair condition.
