"This Indenture made the first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven Hundred and ninety one Between George Heather ...and David Snyder of the....State of Pennsylvania..." Names include Hannah Bovard, Robert Bovard, Charles Bovard and most historically - Peter Muhlenberg: "...under the hand of Peter Muhlenburgh Esquire Vice President of the Said Council...." "...gold and silver coin to them in hand paid...." Wax seals. Some paper missing and sadly, it's in pieces as can be seen in the photos. Historic if imperfect.
