Up for your offering is this wonderful double cone desk lamp designed by Gerald Thurston for Lightolier during the 1950's.  The color is a dark green.

The lamp is in nice vintage condition for a functional piece of this era.  Both rotating cone switches work and both cone shades hold their desired positions.  Minor finish wear throughout.  The 1 brass stem that goes into the base is loose and doesn't seem to tighten up with the set screws.  It's not stripped, but the collar if you will doesn't tighten completely.  Maybe someone can figure out how to make it tight. The lamp displays beautifully and functions wonderfully.
