working days from the dispatch date. On rare occasions, we may contact you for
an additional shipping fee if your location is considered remote, as it falls
outside our standard EU shipping pricing. Before placing your order, please get

or shipping and handling costs. These charges are the responsibility of the
buyer, as we only charge the transportation fee for your order. You can consult

it allows us to initiate a claim with the shipping company, which has its own
time limits for reporting shipping-related damages. Failure to report any
damage within this specified period may result in the rejection of your claims.
In the rare event that
you encounter a product damaged in transit or facing a fitment issue, we encourage you to contact us via e-mail or send a direct message
through eBay.

FITTING
INFORMATION
· We highly recommend using a professional fitting
service to install our products.
· Please be aware that when you buy our body
styling products, you acknowledge the potential need for adjustments, modifications
or trimming to ensure a proper fit.
· It is important to trial fit all body styling
parts before priming and painting to ensure a precise and uniform fit.
· Unless otherwise specified in the item
description, fitting kits and instructions are not provided.
RETURNS
AND WARRANTY
RETURNS:
- Buyer is responsible for return postage.
- To ensure the safe return of unwanted items, we strongly
recommend using a trackable service.
- Regrettably, we cannot process exchanges or refunds for
goods damaged during the return process.
- Products modified or altered in any way by the customer
will not be eligible for return.
- Whenever possible, please retain and reuse the original
packaging to help ensure that the returned products reach us in excellent
condition.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
Our warranty for exterior and interior products
specifically covers fitment issues.
- Return shipping charges are not covered by our warranty
unless the product is found to be faulty.
- Any damage caused from improper installation or the use
of non-supplied parts is not covered.
- Changes in appearance or damage caused by external forces
