• COMBINED SHIPPING: If you're like me, you can never leave the book store with just one book. I always have an armful! To purchase more than one book, add the books you want to your Ebay cart. When you are done shopping, you can complete the checkout process and make one payment for all the books together and one combined shipping amount. The shipping discount is set to automatically be applied to the order total for multiple purchases if they are paid for together. To get the best benefit from a combined shipping amount, it is best to pay for everything together in one payment. Ebay and Paypal charge me fees per item price, per shipping amount and per payment, so multiple separate payments for books intending to go in one order will result in a significantly smaller refund for overpaid shipping, if any at all.

• BUY IT NOW vs. ADD TO CART: If you add an item to your Ebay cart and do not complete checkout and payment, I am not notified of this and the book is not set aside for you. It will still be available for others to purchase. I am only notified if you commit to buy it or make a payment. If it is only one book you wish to purchase, you can go ahead and make payment at that time. If you wish to add more books to the order, you can add them all to the cart and then make one payment for them all together. The multiple purchase shipping rate is set to automatically combine and reduce the shipping cost for you.

• PAYMENT: When you're ready to pay, simply go to checkout. You'll be able to select your payment method and review your order details, including your shipping address, before you pay. I can accept PayPal or credit cards, as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay through Ebay's system. This allows you to securely pay for your items and I am not given access to any of your payment information.

• NON-PAYMENT: Non-payers shall be subject to a severe frowning. If you do not intend to pay, please let me know. I will still frown, but at least I can relist and move on.

• SHIPPING/ORDER STATUS: I go to the post office nearly every day. If your item is paid for, it will go out in the next shipment. If you need your purchase quickly, please request an invoice with Priority or Express shipping. When I print your shipping label, you will get an automatic email with the Delivery Confirmation number. Or you can check the "View Order Details" link at the top of the item page and get the link to your package's shipping status.

• COMMUNICATION: I will ALWAYS email you to let you know that you're package has shipped. Many email programs have spam filters that may prevent my emails from getting to you. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received an email from me.

• BOOK CONDITION/DESCRIPTION: I try to keep my description brief, but to the point, because I know there are a lot of listings to browse through. So if you need more info or photos, just ask me. All auctions and store items include a scan and/or photos of the actual book you will receive. And I crop the scans larger so you can see the condition of the edges and corners. No stock photos are ever used.

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Always feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I will always respond as quickly as possible. I promise to always be courteous, respectful, honest and patient. And would hope you would treat me with the same.
