Poohs Tree House by Gabrielle 60 of 500 1990's 

This rarely comes up for sale very often at all

The outdoor photo's should give a good idea of the overall condition 

All photo's were taken just a day before the listing so there recent as it gets 

The tree house itself is fixed ( its not something thats assembled in stages )

So handling it requires care as its somewhat delicate  

Its in amazing condition for its age for something made of cardboard

All the characters are there with tags 

The tree house has no rips or tears, there's nothing thats peeled or come off from it,

There is just a few creases on some of the extremities round the protruding edges that can be seen in the photo's about 3 areas 

The characters all in excellent state , 

Kanga & Joey do have some age spots round the pouch area 

That could be easily removed with a stain & spot remover

Thought of doing it myself  , but ill wont 

All photo's have been added to the maximum of 24

Cost of postage is due to large size , and whats involved in protecting it
