KUSURI DISCUS WORMER.

KUSURI Discus Wormer 5% is a Flubendazole based medicinal product for the treatment of gill flukes, body flukes and intestinal helminths in tropical fish. Please read dosage amounts below carefully. Can be used as a regular routine wormer every month.

KUSURI Discus Wormer 5% can be used at all temperatures and will not effect filters and plants. UV is safe to leave on during treatment. After a treatment, a 10% water change may be done after seven days.

Before use: Remove any activated carbon in the filter before treating with wormerdirect.com Discus Wormer 5%.

Directions: Use the 0.5ml/0.3g, scoop provided, to measure the recommended amount, see dosage below. Measure dose ensuring you use light fluffy powder, do not compress/compact the powder in the scoop. Place in a suitable mixing container and mix thoroughly with approximately one litre of aquarium water. When dissolved, gently pour over the aquarium water, over a 5 minute period. This 5g sachet treats 2,273 litres of aquarium water.

Dosage: Use 0.3g or one level 0.5ml scoop (provided) per 136 litres of aquarium water. Measure dose ensuring you use light fluffy powder, do not compress/compact the powder in the scoop. This product is designed to be a one off treatment but in heavy infestations up to 4 treatments may be used 7 days apart.

Warning: DO NOT OVERDOSE. Overdosing can cause fish fatalities. Do not use wormerdirect.com Discus Wormer 5% with invertebrates, snails, fresh water stingrays and any scale less sensitive species.

Health and Safety: Store in original container between 12°C and 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. For animal treatment only. Always wear protective gloves and goggles when handling chemicals. Do not use in conjunction with any other medication. Use within 3 months of opening the sachet.

Disposal: Do not dispose of in drains or watercourses. Empty container completely and dispose of safely. Dispose empty container in dustbin. Dispose of unused product, in its original container, at a household waste site. Contact your local authority for details.

Active Ingredient Content: 50mg/g Flubendazole.

Harmful: Accidental ingestion by humans should be avoided. May cause sensitisation by skin contact. If accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Avoid inhalation, in case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection.
