HOW TO PERSONALISE

Please follow the steps below to personalise your order

1. PLACE AND ORDER

Choose your invite type and how many cards you require. 

2. CREATE YOUR DESIGN

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your order form. Please follow the instructions on the email to submit your details. Check the Spam / Junk folder if the email is not in your inbox. If you have not received an email within 1 hour of placing your order please contact us through eBay and we will advise how to proceed.

3. APPROVE YOUR DESIGN

All designs are bespoke, change the template, change the wording, photos or even the fonts used. Approve your design when you are 100% happy for us to proceed to print. If approval is not received within 24 hours of the proof being sent or any further amendments request your order will be printed without approval to prevent and delay.

4. DISPATCH & DEIVERY

Once a design has been approved we aim to print, package and dispatch your order the following working day. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 24. This service generally delivers within 1 to 2 working days
