Untested sold as-is. I did not have an apple ipad device to test the connection or functions of the device. The device does turn on with 4 AA batteries (not included). There are light to medium surface ware scuffs around the device. Also included are the modular world plugs (power adapter not included). Please see pictures of the actual item and conditions.
