This penny is an uncirculated coin. Purchased directly from the U.S.Mint in rools. Have numerous coins of this nature and will be placing them in the store. It is beyond me as to how so many uncirculated coins get damaged or created with errors at the mint. For those looking for unusual coins these are a must for the collection.
