30 days money back, buyer pays return shipping

Returns must be completed through the no-hassle returns button on the listing. If you buy an item as a guest user and need to return it, this means you’ll need to create an account to make the return.

Returns must be received in the same condition they were sent out – that means new in box for shoes and new with tags attached and no signs of having been worn (or lingering heavy cologne or perfume smells) for clothes.  Items that incur customer damage will be subject to eBay’s policies protecting sellers from fraudulent returns.
