The devices mounted in them are based on the 19” rack standard, but they also constitute the basis for non-rackable desktop devices such as multiswitches, recorders, amplifiers or power supplies. Dedicated rack shelves are then used for assembly. The cabinets enable the proper arrangement of active and passive devices and ensure optimal working conditions for these devices: cooling, protection against contamination, as well as protection against unauthorized access. The hanging RACK cabinet manufactured by StalFlex is a perfect solution for the installation, organization and storage of: ICT equipment, monitoring, alarm systems, TV network, local LAN networks, all other devices in non-standard housings and in any complex configuration. Installation is quick and intuitive, while the comfort of use is at a high level. The functionality of the rack cabinets combined with the solid performance of the STALFLEX unit makes this product ideal as a protection for delicate devices against external factors and accidental mechanical damage. The design of the cabinet ensures proper heat dissipation from the inside, which protects the devices from overheating. Ventilation openings are located in the front of the cabinet. Space for mounting the fan at the bottom and top of the cabinet (fan not included). A pair of depth-adjustable mounting strips. The product is available with a metal or glass door, in two colors - RAL 7035 (light grey) or RAL 9005 (black). No back panel, side panels not removable. Self-assembly, latches (manual and assembly kit included with the product). Possibility to hang the wardrobe with wall plugs (not included). Patent lock with a set of two keys. Knock-out, triple cable entry! Easy to break out, triple plugs for wiring holes located on the top and bottom of the cabinet. They facilitate the routing of wires, ensuring convenient installation of cabling and assembly of devices. Dimensions of one plug (width, height): 80 x 50 mm. Overall dimensions: 240 x 50 mm. Door - easy to assemble, secured. The door is available in two versions: metal door (M) - cold rolled steel; with glass (G) - ANTISOL 4 mm tempered glass. Can be mounted left/right depending on your needs. The opening angle is 180°, which provides convenient access to the installed devices. The door is equipped with a patent lock (2 keys included). It is the perfect protection of devices against theft. The design allows the installation of a fan! In the lower and upper part of the RACK cabinet there is a dedicated place for a fan with dimensions of 120 mm x 120 mm (screw spacing: 105 x 105 mm). This allows for additional heat dissipation from the interior. Mounting strips with adjustable depth! A pair of front and rear mounting strips are connected to the body with screws. This solution allows the installation of skirting boards at one of three levels of depth. Spacing of mounting screws: every 30 mm. This ensures maximum convenience in arranging the internal space of the wardrobe. The strips allow you to mount RACK accessories with a width of 19 inches, also available in our assortment. Mounting holes Mounting holes in the rear part of the structure enable the cabinet to be hung using wall plugs. It is also possible to hang the wardrobe on hooks for easy assembly/disassembly. Ventilation holes Proper air circulation is necessary to maintain proper operation of devices/installations inside the cabinet. That is why our product has been equipped with additional ventilation openings in the upper and lower part of the wardrobe, from the front and on the sides. Polish production The presented item was produced entirely in Poland. The highest quality materials were used in the production process, and the final product was subjected to demanding quality control. The level of workmanship is unrivaled in relation to products imported from China or Taiwan.
