- Items are in good, uncleaned, original condition as per photos with just minor scratching and wear associated with age and use.
- I do not clean sterling silver jewellery because some people prefer vintage patina.

- Payment - Payments not received within 3 days unless authorised, will be opened as a dispute, to enable me to get my listing & final fees returned, unfortunately the non payer will get a non payment strike. I will then relist the item. If you require further time please ask.
- Postage - I ship all valuable items via Royal Mail Special Delivery, other shipping options do not insure jewellery/precious metals.
- Returns - are always accepted, if you don't like an item or changed your mind you are responsible for the original & return postage costs including insurance. eBay monitor returns for fraudulent return reasons such as buyers falsely claiming items were not as described, a great example being buyers stating items were smaller than described when in actual fact the size was listed but the buyer did not read. eBay's abusive buyer policy has a team of eBay staff who actively look into false returns claims so please do not abuse the system and we report all members who abuse returns to avoid return postage costs.
