LOXEAL 82-33 is a one-component, high-strength, fast-curing anaerobic compound for securing metal components in cylindrical shaft-hub connections and protects against leaks and corrosion. The product hardens after cutting off the air (oxygen) supply in the gap between the two metal surfaces. It is particularly useful for mounting bearings, drive wheels, bushings, keys, etc. The product can be used on slightly oily surfaces. The glue creates a flexible joint that sufficiently protects the "shaft-hub" connection against spontaneous loosening and rotation or sliding of parts, replacing the thermal and press-fit methods when assembling elements. The product is resistant to gas, air, water, oils, alkalis and many other chemicals, as well as to impacts and vibrations. It maintains its properties in a wide range of operating temperatures. It is particularly used where the transfer of large axial loads and moments is required, as well as where disassembly of the connection is difficult. The glue also guarantees 100% protection against corrosion and tightness. The addition of a fluorescing substance allows the presence of glue in the joint to be determined using a UV lamp. Maximum thread diameter/gap: M12/0.10 mm. Operating temperature range: -55 +150oC
