This was a novelty watch with "Star Trek & The 1701 Enterprise" when pressed the button and the Enterprise floats Around as the second hand (mystery dial) and it played the original theme to the Star Trek Series. 

I think these were sold at specialty stores over a decade ago.

Still in the original package.
