ITEM CONDITION
 New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store with normal wear and tear from shelf life. Please consider the year item was produced. Please request photos if needed if photos aren't listed on current listing.

RETURN POLICY
  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be SEALED and in the same condition that you received it. If your item is returned open or used we will decline the return or deduct 50% of the value of the product.  Your item must be in the original packaging. Refunds once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping
  We will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning purchased item. If a buyer needs to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package. If the returned item is missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we will deduct the amount of loss and give the buyer only a partial refund.

SHIPPING POLICY 
 We offer free shipping on all our listings except on auction listings. All items weighing under 16 ounces will be shipped USPS First Class. Items over 1 pound will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX or UPS. If you need a item sooner, please contact us so we may upgrade your shipping at the cost of the buyer.
