Every Rolex watch is unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship in the mechanism for two full years after the date of purchase. All other watch manufacturers' mechanisms are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one full year after the date of purchase, unless otherwise specifically indicated in the terms of sale.

All Gray & Sons jewelry and certified pre-owned fine timepieces are available on a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply contact us within 30 days to arrange a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. We do not refund shipping/insurance charges. Item has to be in its original condition and all original documents should be included with your return.

Our Shipping Department takes pride in its packaging, therefore we ship all packages insured mail, Signature required. Our shipping prices include all postage, handling, insurance fees, and packing material cost. In addition we pay a full time shipping clerk which is also reflected in our handling fees.
